醋酸纤维素反渗透膜材料的溶液性质

摘    要:本文采用 IR、粘度测量、Huggins 方程和 MCALLISTER 方程表征,计算机拟合非线性方程组等方法研究了醋酸纤维素—丙酮溶液中各种添加剂对醋酸纤维素和丙酮的相互作用。结果表明,添加剂与丙酮有一定的相容性或部份相容性,与醋酸纤维素有一定的氢键或亲核作用。添加剂与醋酸纤维素之间的相互作用强烈地影响着醋酸纤维素的形态结构和分子之间的相互作用力。


SOLUTION PROPERTIES OF REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE MATERIAL FROM CELLULOSE ACETATE
Abstract:Cellulose acetate(CA)is a kind of widely used material for reverse osmosis membranes nowadays.The investigation on casting process is an important subfect in the membrane research area.The technique of using CA—acetone solution to cast membrae is the most economical and the simplest one.Additive is one of the necessary components of casting solution.It has great influence on the membrane properties.Now the mechanism of such influence is not well known. The infrared spectroscopy,viscosity measurement,HUGGINGS equa- tion and MCALLISTER equation characterization,and curve fltting method by using computer,were used to study the influence of various ad- ditive,including phosphoric acid,formamide,water,glycerine,n-propanol and glycerine-n propenol,on CA and on acetone in casting solutions. Results show that above mentioned additives.are compatible or partly compatible with acetone,and capable of H-bonding and/or nucleophilic with CA.The morphology syructure and the interaction between CA molecules are strongly affected by the additives.
