| 摘 要： | 绩效管理是企业管理者促使工作业绩与上层目标相符的方法和手段,对实现企业可持续发展目标有重要推动作用。基于金融企业绩效管理设计了带有标准RS 232接口的X988指纹考勤机和计算机,组成具有考勤签到、数据存储和绩效统计分析功能的信息管理系统,给出了硬件及软件设计方案。该系统实现了绩效管理的标准化和自动化,具有重要的实用价值。
