Crystallization of SnO2 Produced by Sol-Gel Technique from Salts of Tin in Different Oxidation States

Abstract:SnO2 xerogels were obtained by the sol-gel technique from alcoholic solutions of tin(II) and (IV) salts and used as model systems for studying the behavior of SnO2—the main material of gas sensors, in the course of formation and operation under the action of temperature.
