| Abstract: | The range of red loam is widespread in the Xuan-Zhou Prefecture of Anhui Province. The sediment discharge characteristic has been analysed at the range of red loam for upstream and reaches of Shui-yang river on the base of a series of data related to the annual sediment discharge and corresponding annual precipitation amount and annual run off volume etc. at Xuan-cheng hydrological station in the paper. We also indicate that the potential dangers of the soil erosion will be existed in the range. |
