微位移视觉测量光学成像系统与放大率倍数研究

摘    要:通过对激光三角法微位移测量光学成像系统的研究。提出倾斜放大率的概念,并推导出计算公式。倾斜放大率有助于光学成像系统的优化设计,并可以进行成像大小的精确计算。利用倾斜放大率,深入分析了光斑成像的规律,揭示了实际光斑的成像特点。

Abstract:After studies on the optical image system of micro-displacement measurement based on the laser triangulation measurement,the concept of slantwise magnification was put forward and its formula was proved.The slantwise magnification can give a help to design of optimized optical image system easily and calculate the size of image accurately.Through particular analyzing the points of the spot's image with slantwise magnification,the secret of spot's image was opened out.
