| Abstract: | The transfer function of an electron-optical system with rotational asymmetrical aberrations is anisotropio in spatial frequency domain. By means of optioal, holographic and partial coherent method a new technique is suggested in this paper to abstract the transfer function from the electron micrograph.The phase and amplitude componets of spatial frequency filter are made. The resolution of electron micrograph with asymmetrical aberrations can be improved through the deconvolution. |
