摘    要:利用半导体激光器的红移特性,测量了掺饵、镱铒共掺杂硅酸盐玻璃样品的光致发光强度随泵浦波长的变化。实验结果表明,掺铒硅酸盐玻璃样品的最佳泵浦波长为981.6nm,镱铒共掺杂硅酸盐玻璃样品的最佳泵浦波长为972.1nm;两种样品的-3dB带宽分别为3 6nm和7.4nm。

Abstract:Using red-shift effect of semiconductor laser, photoluminescence intensity changes of Er-doped, Yb∶Er co-doped silicate glass pumped under different wavelength are measured. The experimental results show that the optimum pumping wavelength of Er-doped silicate glass samples and Yb∶Er co-doped silicate glass samples are 981.6nm and 972.1nm, respectively. Their bandwidth at -3dB are 3.6nm and 7.4nm.
