温差电量子效应及低维温差电材料

摘    要:介绍了温差电的基本原理和影响温差电性能的因素以及低维温差电材料的量子效应和理论模型。有计算表明,低维温差电材料随着维度和尺度的降低,温差电性能将得到显著提高,展现了低维温差电材料的广泛应用前景。

Abstract:This paper introduces the basic principles of thermoelectricity and the factors that can affect the thermoelectric efficiency, and also discusses the quantum effect and theoretical model of low-dimensional thermoelectric materials.Theoretical calculation shows that the thermoelectric efficiency will get a remarkable enhancement with the decrease of the dimension and size of low-dimensional thermoelectric materials. What is discussed in the paper shows the wide application foreground of low-dimensional thermoelectric materials.
