摘    要:从模拟蚕丝素蛋白的角度,研究了L-丙氨酸的N-羧基-环内酸酐(L-Ala-NCA)与甘氨酸的N-羧基-环内酸酐(Gly-NCA)在硝基苯溶剂中,正丁胺引发下的共聚合反应。讨论了单体投料比,反应温度对聚合速率及产物分子量的影响。并从实验中发现,在不加入引发剂的情况下,L-Ala-NCA和Gly-NCA共结晶能在甲苯介质中顺利地进行非均相的热开环共聚,且产物的分子量远高于采用引发剂的均相聚合体系产物的相应值。

Abstract:In nitribenzene, the copolymerization of L-Ala-NCA and Gly-NCA, initiated by n-butylamine, was studied. The influence of monomer composition and reaction temperature on the rate of copolymerization and the molecular weight of resulted copolymers were disscussed. It was found in experiment that the L-Ala-NCA and Gly-NCA co-crystal could be copolymerized by thermal ring-opening without any initiator in toluene. The molecular weight of PAla-Gly obtained in this way is much higher than that prepared by initiator copolymerization system.
