| 摘 要： | 本文应用生存分析方法，对５０６例放射介入治疗肝癌的２０项影响因素进行单因素、多因素分析，选出Ｂ起癌栓（ｘ_８），ＣＴ病灶部位（ｘ_（１２）），手术（ｘ_（１５）），治疗方法（Ｘ_（１６））和治疗次数（Ｘ_（２０））５项影响因素。建立生存模型ｈ（ｔ，ｘ）＝ｈ０（ｔ）ｅｘｐ（０．４３２０ｘ_８＋０．４８０５ｘ_（１２）－１．４８８０ｘ_（１５）－０．７７３０ｘ_（１６）－０．２８２４ｘ_（２０））。估计出３个月、６个月、１年、２年和３年的生存率分别为９１．１１％、７２．７１％、４３．２４％、１１．５９％和４．７１％，中位生存期为１０．４６月。并分别计算各影响因素的生存率，绘制治疗方案的生存曲线，此项研究为临床选择治疗方案、了解影响因素及生存率的变化提供了数量化依据。

| Abstract: | Survival analysis method is applied to analyse the affecting factors of 506 patients with liver cancer radiotherapy. Among 20 factors X8 ,x12, x15. x16 and x20 are most importantfactors which influeneed prognosis .Survival model is :h (t, x )= ho (t ) exp (0.4320x. +0.4805x12-1. 4850x15-0. 7730x16-0. 2824x20.The survival rates of 3-month, 6-month,1-year, 2-year ,3-year are 91.11%. 72.71%,43.24%,11.59%,4.71%,respectively .The median survival time is 10.46 months. |
