| Abstract: | Since the establishment of PRC, progress has been made at some degree in water conservation in the country, but it is somehow weak when contrasted with that needed for farther evolving national economy. To improve water conservation, multipurpose water management should be introduced. It is proved that modern corporation system is a very important means to develop multipurpose water management. Also this paper studies the task of how multipurpose water management faces the coming of the knowledge economy. |
