| Abstract: | The relationship between diagonally dominant matrices and H-matrices (or M-matrices) is studied,and several sufficient and necessary conditions of diagonally dominant matrices being H-matrices (or M-matrices) is presented.Furthermore,the determining algorithm of H-matrices (or M-matrices) is presented. |
