On one mechanism of mechanoelectrical transformations in impact-excited composites based on the cement binder

Abstract:A mechanism of mechanoelectrical transformations produced by impact excitation in cement-binder-based composites is suggested and experimentally verified. The transformations proceed in two stages: material electrification at the point of impact and mechanoelectrical processes at the matrix-binder interface.
