| Abstract: | Calculation of the change of work function Δφ at the surface of TiO2 due to the adsorption of Na, Ka, and Cs atoms has been carried out in the framework of a model taking into account the repulsion of adatoms and metallization of the adsorbed layer. The calculation results are in good agreement with experiment. |
