摘    要: 通过对历史文献的耙梳,介绍了黄昆学术成长的历程,回顾了黄昆在固体物理方面的杰出成就,探讨了其创办第一个半导体专业化、建立半导体物理研究基地、形成独特的学术传统等,为发展新中国半导体事业作出的贡献。

Abstract:On the basis of studying historical documents, this paper introduces Huang Kun's academic growth process, systematically analyses his outstanding achievements in solid state physics, and discusses his contribution to develop semiconductor industry for his motherland. In China, Huang Kun's contribution includes establishing the first base for training professional personnel, founding a important base for research semiconductor physics, and training academic tradition.
