三峡电站容量电量合理分配的经济论证

摘    要:本文探讨了三峡电站容量电量的合理分配问题,分析了影响问题的各种因素,建立了解析模型。根据计算分析,文中认为分配给华东地区的容量要小于总容量的一半,电量要大于总电量的一半,这是经济合理的。

Abstract:The economical distribution of power generated by the Three Gorges Hydro-power Station and the capacity installed therein come along with the research on the Station and its power system planning. The factors that affect the distribution are the technical and economic conditions, the division of subsystems and the time frame.Three correlated analytic models have been developed as follows:Model I: S0=K2Np0+(K1-K2)Np1.Model II: S0 = F1 Wb1+Nbw1)1/2+F2(Nb0-Nb1+Nbw2)1/2-(Sw1+ Sw2).Model III: S0 = Fc1 (Nbl +Nbw1l)1/2 +Ke1E1 -F11 (Nb1 + FC2 (Nb2 + Nbw2)1/2 + Ke2E2 -Fl2 (Nt2+Nbw2)1/2.The results calculated with Model III show that it would be rational and economical for the capacity alloted to the East China region to be less than half the total installed and the electricity to be more than half the total generated.
