压电陶瓷—明胶复合材料的功能效应与实验分析

摘    要:分析了锆钛酸铝压电陶瓷-明胶复合材料中的功能效应,并对该功能效应的整个响应过程进行了研究,研究结果表明,在压电陶瓷-明胶复合材料中,明胶渗透压的改变是影响压电陶瓷电信号输出发生变化的主要因素,通过乘积效应原理的应用,对复合材料随外界条件的改变而产生的电信号的输出进行了实验研究和理论推导,分析结果与实验符合较好。

Abstract:In this paper,the functional effect of the composite material lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramic isinglass is analyzed,and the whole response procedure in this functional effect is discussed.The results show that the change of osmotic pressure in isinglass is the main cause of the change of voltage output of the piezoelectric ceramic in the composite material.By using product property theory,the dependence of voltage output of piezoelectric material on the environmental condition is investigated and theoretically conduced.The analytical results correspond to the experiments very well.
