金缕梅亚科ITS序列分析及其系统发育初探

对金缕梅亚科部分植物的细胞核核糖体ＤＮＡＩＴＳ区（含５８Ｓ）序列进行分析，并构建分子系统树．结果表明：金缕梅亚科是单系类群；金缕梅族为多系类群，木属是本研究中金缕梅亚科内分化最早的一支，而金缕梅属与弗特吉族关系密切；蚊母树族、狭义的弗特吉族均不形成单系分支，支持蚊母树族与弗特吉族合并；秀柱花属是牛鼻栓属的姐妹群，支持将牛鼻栓属并入秀柱花族

Phylogeny of Hamamelidoideae Based on the ITS Seqeunces

The phylogeny of some genera of Hamamelidoideae was constructed based on sequences of the internal transcribed spacers(ITS) and the 5 8S coding region of nuclear ribosomal DNA The monophyly of the subfamily Hamamelidoideae was strongly supported; the Eustigma and Fortunearia of the Tribe Eustigmateae(sensu Endress) was monophyletic; however the polyphylies of the Tribe Hamamelideae, the Tribe Fothergilleae (sensu stricto) and the Tribe Distylieae were suggested In the tribe Hamamelideae, Loropetalum was cladistically basal in the study, Hamamelis was placed between Fothergilla and Parrotiopsis of the Tribe Fothergilleae The Tribe Fothergilleae (Fothergilla, parrotiopsis, Parrotia) and the Tribe Distylieae (Shaniodendron ,Distylium and Sycopsis) formed a well supported clade, generally recognizing the Fothergilleae(sensu lato)
