摘    要:为探讨婴儿体内铜、锌、钙、镁、铁和铅微量元素的含量及其与年龄、性别的关系,测定了1 152例湖南长沙地区1岁内婴儿指末梢全血中6种元素铜、锌、钙、镁、铁和铅的含量,对其结果进行了统计分析。结果表明,所测婴儿元素铁、锌缺乏最显著,其次是钙缺乏;铜、镁无明显失衡;血铅超标的水平较低;不同性别之间6种元素含量的差异无统计学意义。提示在长沙地区的孕婴保健中,应加强锌、钙与铁的合理补充。

Abstract:To detect the content of six elements in infants and explore the relationship among the content of the six elements, and the infants' age and their sex, blood copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron and lead of 1 152 infants aged from 1 to 9 months in Changsha city of Hunan Province were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that: 1. The overall infants have notable iron, zinc and calcium deficiency. 2. The overall infants have no significant copper or magnesium imbalance. 3. The overall infants' prevalence of elevated blood lead level is 0. 71%. 4. There's no statistically significant correlation between the results of the elements and sex of the infants. It concludes the trace elements level is very important to the infants' growth and development, should enhance publicity regarding regular trace elements detection and trace elements supplement for pregnancy women and infants.
