| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种采用新型功能材料记忆合金作为调节元件的节流制冷机。与传统波纹管调节式制冷机相比,该机具有结构简单、装调方便、存放寿命长、稳定性好的优点;文中对制冷机的结构、记忆合金材料的机理、选择、相变点的测试及记忆合金调节弹簧的设计进行了简要介绍与分析。

| Abstract: | A technical design on self-regulated cryocooler made of shape memory alloy is proposed in this paper.Compared with the cryocoolers self-regulated with bellows,the new type cryocooler has merits such as simple structure,easy assembly,long life-span and good working stability.Structure,technical parameters,shape memory alloy materials,phase change temperature and spring regulators related to the cryocoolers are discussed. |
