| 摘 要： | 本试验主要探讨在魔芋(Amorphophallus rivieri Lurieu)块茎膨大期(7—8月),向魔芋叶片喷施2.5ppm 三十烷醇(TRIA)溶液,对魔芋产量和品质的影响,旨在为高产优质栽培提供技术指导。结果表明:魔芋叶片的叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶活性和光合速率都大大提高,促进了魔芋块茎急速膨大,可增产魔芋28.3%,且保持了魔芋的品质。

| Abstract: | The paper mainly discussed the influence on the quantity and qua- lity of Amorphophallus rivieri Durieu after being sprayed with triacontanol (TRIA)0.25ppm on the plant's leaves during the slem's enlarged period(from 7th month to 8th month),So as to provide high product,good quality with technical manual.The result shew that the chlorophll content,calatase activity and photosynthetic rate were all greatly increased,and what's more,the stem was quickly enlarged,Therefore,the output went up by 28.3% while the quality was still kept. |
