基于流场分析的离心泵优化设计

摘    要:为了提高离心泵的效率和降低汽蚀发生率,以离心泵的叶轮为研究对象,通过CFturbo软件建立三维模型,采用PumpLinx软件模拟其内部流场数值,通过正交试验和极差分析法,研究多个参数对效率及汽蚀的影响,得到最优的参数组合。优化后离心泵的效率提高了4.088%,汽蚀性能得到了明显改善。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of centrifugal pump and reduce the cavitation, we took the centrifugal pump impeller as research object, establish three-dimensional model by CFturbo, and utilize the PumpLinx software to simulate the internal flow field value. By using the orthogonal experiment method and range analysis method in studying the influences of several parameters on the efficiency and cavitation, the optimal parameter combination is obtained. The optimized centrifugal pump's efficiency increased by 4.088%, and the cavitation is reduced significantly.
