摘    要:以聚偏氟乙烯微孔滤膜为支撑膜,氟哌酸为模板分子,用紫外光引发原位聚合方法制备了分子印迹聚合物膜.研究了模板分子与功能单体之间的相互作用,用扫描电镜表征了膜的表面形貌.混合底物渗透实验结果表明,分子印迹聚合物膜中存在着由形状和功能基团均与模板分子氟哌酸相互补的孔穴组成的通道,该通道可选择性地富集底物分子.

Abstract:Using polyvinylidene fluoride microporous-membrane as the supported membrane and the medicine norfloxacin as the template, the molecularly imprinted membranes were prepared via in-situ polymerization by UV irradiation. The interaction between the template molecule norfloxacin and the functional monomer was evaluated by UV spectrum titration. The membranes' surface features were analyzed by scan electron micrography. The selective permeation experiment via the mixed substrates shows that there were paths in the molecularly imprinted membranes which were formed by the cavities with size and functional groups accommodated to the template norfloxacin and showed better a permeation selectivity for the template.
