| 摘 要： | 文章对Y7150D锥面砂轮磨齿机磨削过程中砂轮与工件的运动、砂轮与工件间的相互位置关系进行了分析研究，导出砂轮与工件接痕的体积计算公式，进而讨论了磨削过程中接痕及金属磨除率变化情况，这对于精确分析磨削过程中磨削力的变化、避免磨削烧伤等磨削缺陷是非常有实际意义的。

| Abstract: | In this paper the grinding teeth process of the Y7150D grinding teeth machine of the cone shaped grinding wheel is analyzed .The movements of the grinding wheel and the workpiece and the location relation between them are discussed.Then the change of metal removing rate in grinding process is obtained, which is very important to study grinding forces and grinding burn. |
