| 摘 要： | 安全防事故工作是部队建设中的一项经常性、综合性的基础工作，是部队保持高度稳定、圆满完成各项任务、提高战斗力的重要保障。管理学的理念和方法是从自然科学中移植过来的，主要有规范化、数量化和最优化等内容，将它们运用到部队安全工作上，可以提高其“科学含量”，获得更好的安全效益。

| Abstract: | Security work is a daily and comprehensive fundamental work in army construction. It also is an important assurance for the army to maintain stabilization, accomplish all tasks and improve combat effectiveness. The ideas and methods of managerial science are transplanted from natural science, including standardization, quantity standard, and optimization, which can be used in the safety work of the army to increase its scientific content and obtain better safety benefits. |
