摘    要:大麦成熟胚细胞在诱导培养荃上首先形成水质、松软的初生愈伤组织.继代培养中,它能以一定的叔率产生几种次生愈伤组织:致密型胚性愈伤组织、易碎型胚性愈伤组织和非胚性愈伤组织.胚性愈伤组织起源于一些初生愈伤组织细胞的体胚发生及其次级的胚胎发生.体胚发生的过程同于合子胚发育,它是犬麦成熟胚组培中早期再生植株的主要途径.体胚很容易提早萌发.本文对上述过程进行了组织学分析,同时对胚性悬浮细胞和继代培养中的胚性愈伤组织进行了观察.

Abstract:The primary callus formated in induction medium of barley mature embryo cells was watery and softy. After subculture ,secondary callus appeared. It could be classified into several typies such as compact embryogenic callus,friable embryogenic and callus and non-embryogenic callus. Embryogenic callus originated from cells of primary callus by somatic embryogenesis and secondary embryogenesis of somatic embryos. The development of somatic embryo was as same as zygotic embryo. This was main pathway of plant regeneration from embryogenic cells. Precocious gremination of somatic embryo was observed. This paper presented histological studies on the dedifferentiation and redifferentiation partten of barley mature embryo cells . The microstructure of embryogenic callus and its cell suspensions were illustrated and compared.
