摘    要:借鉴M.C.Natori思想对周边式桁架可展开天线提出了基于地面的网面优化调整方法,建立了以纵向拉索调整力为设计变量,天线反射面的表面均方根误差为目标函数,频率和应力为约束的优化数学模型,并用遗传算法进行了求解。数值结果表明,采用该方法在地面上对周边式桁架可展天线进行网面调整,能有效地消除地面重力的影响,较为准确地预测天线由于环境变化(由地面环境到太空环境)而引起的变形,使得最终调整获得的天线表面精度能够满足太空无重力环境下的精度要求,这种新方法对工程中天线的设计和网面调整具有指导作用。

Abstract:Shape adjustment based on optimization of circular-truss deployable antenna on ground is presented referencing to M.C.Natorian method. The optimization mathematical model is established with the magnitude of adjusting force for the vertical cables as design variables,RMS of reflector as objective function,and stresses and natural frequency as constraints.The numerical results based on genetic algorithm show that the effect of gravity is effectively canceled,the deformation due to environmental changes from the ground to space is precisely predicted,and the surface accuracy obtained on ground meets the requirement on orbit without gravity.
