摘    要:本文首次合成和使用自旋标记的血卟啉氮氧自由基,研究了人参皂甙对HPD光敏作用的影响。发现在含水或含有人血清白蛋白的体系中,人参皂甙均具有明显的抑制HPD光氧化作用和促进HPD光还原氮氧自由基的作用。这可能与人参皂甙具有阻断或者清扫HPD敏化产生的1O2有关系。因此,人参皂甙在缓解HPD光敏毒性,保护正常组织不受损伤方面可能具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The HPD nitroxide free radical was first synthesized and used to study the influence of ginsenoside on the photosensitization of HPD. In both aqueous and human serum albuman systems ginsenoside showed obvious inhibition of the photo xidatio n and promotion of the photoreduction of HPD within 15 min after its addition. This seems to be the evidence of inhition or scavenging of the singlet oxygen of HPD by ginsenoside. The mitigatien of the HPD photoxidation and the protectios of normal tissue by ginsenoside is of great significane.
