学前教育专业满意度调查研究

摘    要:为了解学前教育专业满意度的状况,随机抽取该专业291名大学生进行问卷调查.结果表明,该专业的总体满意度为一般满意;大学生对各个因子的满意度依次为:师资水平>个人发展>就业预期>课堂教学>课程设置>专业实习>硬件设施.不同民族、不同生源地、父亲不同文化程度的大学生在专业满意度七个因子得分上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同性别、不同学段、母亲不同文化程度、高考选择不同志愿、对专业不同了解程度、不同兴趣程度的大学生在专业满意度七个因子得分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).

Abstract:In order to understand the preschool education professional satisfaction, 291 students are randomly selected to fill in questionnaire survey. The overall satisfaction is the general satisfaction; Students satisfy in turn: the teachers 〉 the personal development 〉 the employment expectation 〉 classroom teaching 〉 the curriculum 〉 the professional practice 〉 the hardware facilities. No significant difference, in terms of the seven factors concerning the professional satisfaction, are different nationalities, the source place of student, father's education (P〉0.05);Significant difference, in terms of the seven factors concerning the professional satisfaction, are found in gender, grade, mother's education, college entrance examination, professional knowledge, professional interest( P〈0.05 ).
