摘    要:用柠檬酸微波加热法制备了一系列SnO2纳米粉末,柠檬酸的用量和热处理温度对样品的粒径有一定的影响,随着柠檬酸用量的增加,所得样品的粒径由20nm减小到13nm。气敏性测试结果表明,随样品的粒径减小气敏活性明显增大。

Abstract:A series of nanometer-sized powder of SnO2 were obtained through citric acid microwave heating method.The particle size of SnO2 reduces from 20nm to 13nm with the increase of the amount of citric acid.The results of gas sensitivity test show,the gas-sensitivity of samples increase with the decrease of the particle size of the samples.
