| 摘 要： | 研究了用荧光光度法测定蜂胶中黄酮。以芦丁为标准样品 ,以 4 33nm和 4 95nm为激发和发射波长 ,测定了蜂胶中总黄酮含量。回归方程式为 y=2 .9618+0 .7599× 10 -3x,相关系数 r=0 .9987。方法简便、快速、准确。

| Abstract: | A fluorometric determination method of flavonoids in propolis was studied. The fluorescence excitation and emission wavelenghts are 433 and 495nm respectively. Using rutin as standard material, the linear regression equation is y=2.9618 +7.599×10-3x. The method is simple,rapid and accurate. |
