摘    要:采用预乳化-半连续滴加法合成以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为核,以含氟单体和前二者进行复配预乳化滴加聚合得到具有核壳结构的氟丙乳液.研究了乳化剂用量及配比、交联单体(HEMA)用量、含氟单体用量对核壳聚合过程稳定性的影响.结果表明:随着含氟单体用量的增加,乳胶膜的耐水性、热稳定性以及耐溶剂性都有明显提高.

Abstract:The fluorinated acrylate latex with core-shell structure was synthesized by pre-emulsion and semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization in which methyl methylacrylate(MMA) and butyl acrylate(BA) served as the core,and then both two with Zonyl TM served as the shell of copolymer.The effects of amount of the emulsifiers,the ratio of anionic and nonionic emulsifiers,the amount of crosslink agent(HEMA)and fluorine monomer,and the way of charge of fluorine monomer on copolymerization were investigated.The resu...
