摘    要:本文介绍了一种建立聚焦光学系统三维衍射积分的新方法,该方法简单直观.利用所建立的三维衍射积分能方便地有效地研究光学系统,特别是大孔径光学系统聚焦衍射场的三维场分布.文中给出了光学系统聚焦面上光矢的各分量及总光矢的分布,并研究分析了像差对光矢三线分布的影响以及像差对称性与光矢分布的关系,得出了一些结论.

Abstract:In this paper, a new method of establishing 3-D optical diffraction integrals for focusing optical systems is presented. The method is simple. With these integrals, the vectorial properties of focused diffraction field of the optical systems, especially large aperture optical systems can be easily and effectively studied. Distributions of the light vector and its components on the fooal plane of the optical system are given. Impact of aberrations on the distributions of the light vector and relations between the distributions and the symmetry of the aberration are also studied. Some conclusions are reached.
