| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Aus Ultrarotspektren von Vinylidenchlorid-Isobutylen-Copolymeren werden die Bruttozusammensetzung der Copolymeren. die Konzentrationen der Diaden und die mittleren Blocklängen experimentell bestimmt und mit berechneten Werten verglichen, die mit Hilfe der Copolymerisationstheorie gewonnen wurden. Gemessene und berechnete Werte stimmen befriedigend überein. Leichte Abweichungen deuten auf die Unvollständigkeit des benutzten Zweiparametermodells hin.Summary From the infrared spectra of copolymers of vinylidene chloride and isobutylene the overall composition of the copolymers, the concentrations of the diads and the mean sequence lengths are experimentally determined and subsequently compared with values obtained with the aid of the copolymerisation theory. Measured and calculated values agree satisfactorily. Slight deviations indicate that the employed two-parameter model is incomplete.
