摘    要:文章结合试验台架,对径向滑动轴承在启动和运行过程中加速、加载时轴承温度变化历程特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,在流体充分润滑状态下,由于热惯性作用,试验轴承由启动到达到热稳定温度需要700~800 s;加速且速度变化大时,温度变化显著,达到新的热稳定状态所需的时间也越长;相同转速下,载荷变化对轴承温度的影响较小,转速变化对轴承温度的影响大于载荷变化的影响。

Abstract:The temperature of the journal bearing during startup and the operation process with variation of working conditions is experimentally investigated on a special test-bed.Results show that it is about 700~800 s for the tested-bearing to reach its thermal equilibrium state during start-up under the full lubricating condition.The tested-bearing needs more time to reach its new thermal equilibrium state when there is a larger increase in the journal's speed,and the changing of the bearing's temperature is also more evident.The variation of loading has little influence on the temperature of the tested-bearing at the same journal speed,and the effect of variation of the journal speed on the temperature of the tested-bearing is larger than the effect of variation of loading.
