黄姜工业废水Feton试剂的氧化处理

摘    要:黄姜工业废水属于高浓度有机废水,具有很高的酸度,成分复杂,可生化处理性差.黄姜工业废水经Feton试剂氧化、Ca(OH)2中和及PAM絮凝沉淀处理,有很好的脱色及COD去除效果.通过实验研究发现溶液的反应起始温度、PH值、Fe2 的投加量显著影响Feton试剂氧化反应速度,并建立了温度、PH值、Fe2 的投加量三者与反应时间的关系模型.

Abstract:Turmeric industry wastewater belongs to high density organic wastewater.It is thick brown,it has high acidity,its component is complex.It contains much!turmeric ramification,which is dyeable and difficult dedradable surfactant,and its biodegradability is not good.Turmeric industry wastewater can remove color and degrade COD well by Feton's reagent oxidation with Ca(OH)_(2) neutralization,PAM coagulation and sedimentation process.The experiment finds that start temperature and PH of solution and quality of Fe~(2 )added into effect the speed of Feton's reagent oxidation greatly.The paper establishes the model of the time of reaction and the three factors.
