| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨隐球菌性脑膜炎误诊为结核性脑膜炎的临床特点。为隐球菌性脑膜炎或结核性脑膜炎难以鉴别时进一步诊治提供参考．方法：回顾性分析11例误诊为结核性脑膜炎的临床资料．结果：本组患者均多次脑脊液涂片及培养后证实为隐球菌性脑膜炎，抗结核治疗均未愈．结论：隐球菌性脑膜炎误诊为结核性脑膜炎时多次脑脊液涂片和培养可证实为隐球菌性脑膜炎．

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the features of cryptococcal meningitis and provide the bases for the differential diagnosis between cryptococcal and tuberculous meningitis.Methods:The retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 11 cases of cryptococcal meningitis.Results:All patients were given a final diagnosis as cryptococcal meningitis through cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) smear and culture of bacteria of CSF after antituberculous treatment had failed.Conclusion:The differential diagnosis between cryptococcal and tuberculous meningitis mainly relies on CSF smear and the culture of bacteria of CSF. |
