| 摘 要： | 家庭暴力为家庭成员之间实施的身体上或精神上的不法侵害行为。家庭暴力的成因包括主观原因与客观原因。家庭暴力严重侵犯了妇女的基本人权,破坏妇女的健康,阻碍妇女的发展,影响社会的安宁与稳定。我国法律为妇女权益提供较全面的法律保护。

| Abstract: | Family violence means the unlawful bodily or mental infringement upon other family members.There are both subjective and objective causes for family violence.As a severe infringement upon the fundamental human rights of women,family violence impairs women's health,impedes women's development and disturbs the social harmony and stability.The laws of PRC provide the all-round protection for women's rights and interests. |
