| Abstract: | C(α),O-Dilithiooximes, C(α), N-dilithiophenylhydrazones, or C(α), N-dilithioacylhydrazones were prepared in an excess of lithium diisopropylamide (LDA) and condensed with a variety of esters followed by acid-cyclization to give substituted isoxazoles and pyrazoles. |
