NiO在NaY分子筛上的分散研究

摘    要:用XRD和IR对NiO在NaY分子筛上的分散进行了研究,结果表明,采用多次浸渍能提高NiO的分散量,而焙烧温度的改变对此没有明显的影响,得到NiO的最大分散量为25%,同时发现,NiO分散相与NaY之间存在着较强的相互作用,使分子筛的热稳定性降低;随着NiO分散量的增大,NaY结构遭到破坏程度加大,对NiO在NaY表面存在的状态提出了选择分布的模型。

Abstract:iO dispersion on NaY surface has been investigated by using XRD and iR spectroscopy. The results show that the NiO dispersion capacity can be enhanced through Increasing the number of times of impregnation, but can not be changed by the calcination temperature. The utmost dispersion capacity is about 25%.It is also found that the dispersed NiO phase interacts strongly with NaY. As a result, the thermal stability of the zeolite decreases, and the more the dispersed NiO content, the more the crystalline structure of NaY is destroyed. A selective distribution model concerning the NiO state on the internal surface of NaY has been proposed.
