ZnO薄膜光催化亲水防雾

摘    要:以普通钠钙载玻片为基片,采用溶胶一凝胶法制备了ZnO薄膜。XRD结果表明薄膜C轴取向明显,SEM显示颗粒大小为20nm左右,紫外可见光测定说明薄膜在可见光区域透光率基本为86%左右,透光率好,而接触角实验结果表明紫外照射ZnO薄膜30min,水滴能完全在薄膜上铺展,接触角为0°,具有很好
