丙烯酸酯类微凝胶的制备及其表征

摘    要:通过12-羟基硬酯酸的聚合物与甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的开环加成,制得大分子单体,用此大分子单体与甲丙基烯酸甲酯(MMA)、GMA共聚制得分散稳定剂。在此分散稳定剂的存在下,通过分散聚合方法,制备了亚微米级的丙烯酸酯类微凝胶。用酸碱滴定、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、平均粒径分布等方法对该凝胶进行了测定,并对微凝胶在涂料中的应用进行了测试。结果表明:微凝胶能够显著改

Abstract:Through the opening addition of the epoxide ring of glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) with poly- 12- hydroxystearic acid, a macromonomer can be obtained, then a dispersion stabi Iizer can be prepared through copolymerization of the macromonomer with methyl methacry late(MMA) and GMA. In the presence of the dispersion stabilizer, acrylate microgel of sub micron size has been obtained by the method of dispersion polymerization. The microgel has been detected with acid-base titration, FTIR, GPC and average particle size distribution. The application effect of the microgel in coatings is also detected. The results show that the microgel can much improve the pseudo-plasticity of coatings.
