| 摘 要： | 通过建立简化的民族地区企业生产和管理分工模型,分析并阐明了专业化分工对提高民族地区企业生产能力和经营效益的积极作用,讨论了分工与交易费用的抉择问题,得出结论:民族地区企业应加快管理专业化进程,找到适合自身规模和生产能力的最优管理专业化水平.

| Abstract: | By building a simple division of labor model about production and management, this paper analyses the active effect of management specialization to increase produce ability and operating efficiency of corporations in minority region, discusses the choice problem between the division of labor and transaction cost, obtains the conclusion that corporations in minority region should pick up the proceeding of management specialization, find out the optimization level of management specialization suitable to their own scales and produce ability. |
