柱温与凝胶色谱分离性能关系的研究

摘    要: 通过一系列实验,发现在凝胶色谱中柱温对柱效的影响随相对分子质量的增大而增大;溶质的淋洗体积与柱温有关,而选择性因子与柱温无关;升高柱温只改善大分子间的分离度,对小分子间的分离度影响较小;只要保持整个体系恒温以及在相应温度下制定一条可靠的校正曲线,则柱温对测定结果无影响。

Abstract:s:By experiments, we found that the effect of temperature on column efficiency increased with the increase of relative molecular mass. The elution volume was relevant to the temperature, while the selectivity was not. Besides, the resolution for macromolecules was improved significantly by increasing temperature while not for small molecules. Further, the same results were obtained at different temperatures in certain range.
