| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨会囊肿激光治疗的可行性。方法:用Nd-YAG激光治疗会囊肿126例。结果:126例患者中治愈者104例(包括局部粘膜增厚12例、2例会厌软骨部分缺损随访1月后自行愈合),复发8例。结论:应用激光的热效应达到治疗会囊肿的目的。掌握激光照射时间的长短及激光输出功率的大小是防止会厌囊肿复发及会厌囊肿缺损、粘膜增厚的关键。激光治疗会厌囊肿手术简单、费用低,可在门诊进行。

Treatment of Epiglottic Cyst by ND-YAGlaser |

| Abstract: | Objective : To explore the treatment of epiglottic cyst by Nd - YAGlaster. Method: Using Nd - YA-Glasterl26 patients of epiglottic cyst were treated. Result; 126 patients were followed up for 1 -5 years. Among them, 116 patients is cured including 12 cases with thicken of mucosa local and 2 cases with partial defect of epiglottic, which were cured 1 month later, and 8 cases recurrenced. Conclusion: Epiglottic cyst were eliminated by laster due to its laser thermo-therapy . It is improtant that appropriate power and irradiate time to prevent epiglottic cyst recurrenced or thickenof local mucosa, defect of epiglottic . Nd - YAG laser irradiation treatment of epiglottic cyst shows evident advantages such as simple maniplation, low cost, outpatiented. |
