预处理对阳极铝箔腐蚀特性的影响

摘    要:采用正交试验方法,研究了H3PO4溶液、HNO3溶液和A电解液(HCl和H2SO4组成的环保型体系)三种预处理方式分别对后道工序铝箔腐蚀发孔行为的影响。结果表明:用A电解液预处理不但易于生产控制,而且提高了铝箔产品的比容档次和质量一致性,较之H3PO4溶液、HNO3溶液处理,比容提高了2%,其离散率从9%下降到了6%,同时降低了制造成本和环保压力。

Abstract:By using orthogonal test method, the effects of pretreatments with H3PO4 solution, HNO3 solution and electrolytic solution system A (HCl+H2SO4), on pitting behavior of aluminum foil were studied.
