对“他、她”及其复数用法方面的一个新见解——兼谈法律人的语言表达

“他”与“她”都是第三人的人称代词。“他”指男性，“她”指女性。复数情况下，“他们”指两个以上的男性，“她们”指两个以上的女性。在第三人称既可指男性又可指女性的单数情形下和男性与女性混合一起的复数情形下，现定的用法都是用“他”或者“他们”。但这在有关法律条文中进行使用是不准确和不合时宜的。而法律人和出版人中则有人创造出并使用了“他／她”和“他/她们”的表达方法。在此基础上，似乎还可以创造出一个既包括男性又包括女性的新的ta字来，以替代“他／她”和“他／她们”难以用口头语言进行正确表达的方式。

A New Opinion on 'HE', 'SHE' and Its Plural Forms: Concurrently Talk about the Language Expressed by lawyers

In Chinese, both ＇he＇ and ＇ she＇ are the third personal pronouns. ＇ He＇ refers to male, while ＇ she＇ refers to female. In terms of the plural 3rd person of Chinese written form, they（male） refer to 2 or more men, while they（female） refer to 2 or more women. However, currently, when talking about men or women, or men and women together, we use he or they（male）. But it is inaccurate and inappropriate to express by this means in legal provisions. Then, some lawyers and publishers create and use he/she and they （male）/they （female）to deal with the problem. Furthermore, maybe we can create a new word ＇TA＇ to represent both male and female and replace he/she and they（male）/they（female）. Because he/she and they（male）/they（female）are hard to give oral expressions properly.
