| Abstract: | Lottery activity has the big impact to the network telephone traffic and affects the mobile communication network quality and benefit, this article conducts the thorough research to the telephone traffic character- istic of lottery, proposed the methods and measure to hit the lottery telephone traffic, has restrained the illegal lottery telephone traffic growth effectively, eliminated the mobile communication network adverse effects. |
