隧道掘进爆破破岩数值模拟及应用研究

摘    要:为研究隧道掘进多孔毫秒延期爆破条件下的岩体破碎和爆破振动规律,采用完全重启动数值模拟技术和拉格朗日数值算法计算隧道掘进爆破破岩过程,得到了岩体特征点的振动速度,并将数值模拟评估的爆破方案应用于工程实践,数值模拟与工程实践结果比较吻合。结果表明,联合完全重启动数值模拟技术和拉格朗日算法能够模拟隧道破岩的物理力学过程。

Abstract:To investigate fragmentation of rock and vibration of millisecond delay under multi-hole blasting, full restart method of numerical simulation and Lagrangian formula were taken to simulate the fragmentation of rock and the vibration of tunnel excavation. The vibration velocity of the characterized place in the rock was attained. The results of numerical simulations showed agreement with experiments. The results indicate that combining the full restart method of numerical simulation and Lagrangian formula could simulate the vibration and fragmentation of rock blasting.
