摘    要:给出被动傅里叶变换红外光谱仪定量遥测化学蒸气光谱的算法,可用于实时处理化学蒸气光谱和定量测理化学蒸气的柱数密度。该算法在完全定量分析蒸气透过率的同时,还进行了目标背景的实时扣除和对FTIR仪器的实时定标。详细讨论了用该算法对化学模拟剂DMMP的处理结果。

Abstract:The algorithm for quantitative analysis of passive Fourier-transform infrared spectum (FTIR) of a chemical vapor is given. It can be applied to both real-time processing for chemical vapor and quantitative measurements of chemical vapor column density. The algorithm simultaneously achieves quantitation of the vapor spectral transmission, background removal, real-time calibration for FTIR. Finally, we discuss in detail an example of the use of the algorithm to a simulant DMMP.
